ADandA provides safeguarding advice, leads restorative processes and when required, manages investigative processes. We are a focal point for anonymous and confidential reporting of misconduct for several international NGOs.

Organizational Learning and Growth

ADandA conducts all types of evaluations and assessments from organizational reviews to program evaluations. We have done hospital management assessments to address challenges of running hospitals in various contexts and capitalize on strengths. We have also lead complex assessments of a compensation and benefits system for an international organization with a multi-national, 4500-strong workforce. We specialize in the analysis of the relevance, appropriateness, efficiency, effectiveness and impact of interventions.

Psychological Safety

Organizations sometimes need an impartial, third party to help navigate the complexity of workplace misconduct, this is sometimes essential to restore trust, which leads to a sense of fairness. ADandA uses six guiding principles: health and welfare, fairness, confidentiality, timeliness, thoroughness, and transparency of process. We provide a focal point for anonymous and confidential reporting of misconduct and provide advice to International NGOs working with volunteers around the world.
